2. Lane Reopens After Crash On I-95 In Stratford (patch.com) — Drivers in Stratford saw delays on I-95 North after a two-vehicle crash temporarily shut down the right lane between Exits 32 and 33. State transportation officials now report the scene is cleared and all lanes through Stratford are open again.
