STRATFORD, CT — Short Beach will be closed to Stratford residents Sept. 12 until 1 p.m., according to a Facebook post from Stratford Town Hall. The closure is due to the Sterling House Down & Not-So-Dirty 5K, which will take place 8 a.m. to noon Sept. 12. Long Beach will remain open.
