Stratford Beach Closed Until Further Notice
One of the town's three beaches is closed.
STRATFORD, CT — A Stratford beach is closed until further notice, according to a Facebook post from the town.
"Due to results of yesterday’s re-sampling of the Marnick’s Beach area (Stratford Sea Wall), Marnick’s Beach will remain closed until satisfactory sampling results are received," states the post, which was published Thursday.
Long Beach and Short Beach will, however, remain open.
