Stratford Coronavirus Update: 18 Total Confirmed Cases In Town
The largest demographic of Stratford residents to get the virus so far is middle-aged people, according to town data.
STRATFORD, CT — There were 18 confirmed cases of the new coronavirus in Stratford as of Friday afternoon, according to an email from the mayor's office.
The ages of the confirmed cases are as follows:
- Under 20: 1
- 20-29: 2
- 30-39: 1
- 40-49: 4
- 50-59: 4
- 60-69: 2
- 70 - 79: 3
- Over 80: 1
The number of confirmed cases statewide had grown to 1,291 on Friday, and 27 of the cases were fatal, according to state data. In Fairfield County, there were 752 confirmed cases Friday.
