Stratford Man Accused Of Possessing Stolen Gun: Milford Police

Police said they responded to a local motel initially on a report of a vehicle taken without permission.

MILFORD, CT — A Stratford man, Juwaun Terry, of Henry Avenue, is accused of being in possession of a stolen gun and violating a protective order, Milford police said.

On April 19, Milford Police took responded to 111 Schoolhouse Road, Motel 6, for the report of a vehicle taken without permission, police said. Investigation led to the arrest of Terry who is accused of possessing a stolen firearm without a permit and while on probation, police said.

Terry is also accused of contacting a female that has an active order of protection against him three times, police said.

Terry is charged with theft of a firearm, possession of a pistol without a permit, and three counts of criminal violation of a protective order. He was released on a $500 bond and given a court date of June 4.
