STRATFORD, CT - A Stratford resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in his home town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On December 21, John Flockhart III, of Stratford, purchased a 10X Cash 14th Edition ticket from the S.A. Cigar Junction in Stratford and won $10,000.
