Stratford Resident Wins Big Lottery Prize

STRATFORD, CT — A Stratford resident recently won more than $40,000 on a winning Lottery ticket that was sold in Bridgeport, according to the Connecticut Lottery.

Jannet Johnson Rolle won $40,008 on a KENO ticket that was sold at Extra Fuel Mart at 540 Boston Ave. in Bridgeport, according to Lottery officials.

The CT Lottery furnishes winner information as public record.

The Connecticut Lottery only publishes names of people who win $10,000 or more, which officials claim is quite common.
