Stratford Resident Wins Big Lottery Prize

STRATFORD, CT — A Stratford resident recently won $20,000 on a winning scratch ticket, according to the Connecticut Lottery.

The resident, who wished to remain anonymous, won $20,000 on a 20X Cash 8th Edition that was sold at Greenwich Bp at 1324 E. Putnam Ave. in Old Greenwich, according to Lottery officials.

The Connecticut Lottery only publishes names of people who win $10,000 or more, which officials claim is quite common.
