Stratford Stabbing, Naked Chase Result In Charges: Report

The injured victim leaped naked from a balcony and ran toward Interstate 95, where he was found by police, according to a media report.

STRATFORD, CT — A man is accused of stabbing another man and chasing the naked victim from a Stratford hotel room, according to the Connecticut Post. Jason Reed, 36, faces several charges in connection with the incident, including attempted murder, the Post reported.

Reed entered the hotel room Aug. 21, found the man in bed with a person known to Reed, and repeatedly stabbed the victim, who leaped naked from a balcony and ran toward Interstate 95, where he was found by police at the off-ramp for Exit 31, according to the Post. The victim suffered a collapsed lung and Reed was ordered held in lieu of $500,000 bond during his arraignment Monday, the Post said.
