Stratford Teen Accused Of Shooting At 14-Year-Old Boys
When police went to arrest the teen, they found a stolen handgun and 16 bags of marijuana at his home, according to reports.
STRATFORD, CT — The person accused of firing shots at two 14-year-old Stratford boys in February is also a Stratford teen, according to the Connecticut Post. Jacob Hernandez, 19, was arrested Thursday at his Wiklund Avenue home, where police found a stolen handgun and 16 bags of marijuana, the Post reported.
The shooting, which occurred Feb. 9 on Mt. Carmel Boulevard, targeted a vehicle but did not result in any injuries.
Hernandez pulled up alongside the boys, who were driving in a friend’s car, and fired at the vehicle as the boys fled, according to the Post, which reported Hernandez is charged with attempted assault, risk of injury to a child, reckless endangerment, firearm theft and selling drugs.
