Water Outage Set For Sunday Near Sikorsky In Stratford

STRATFORD, CT — Some Stratford customers of Aquarion Water Co. will experience a planned outage overnight, according to the mayor. The outage will take place from 10 p.m. Sunday to 5 a.m. Monday in the area of Sikorsky Aircraft, 6900 Main St., Mayor Laura Hoydick said in a Facebook post. Affected customers have been notified, and accommodations have been made as needed. The outage is associated with work being done by Sikorsky and its abandonment of certain water mains.
