If you’re going to the Durham Fair, there’s a new, fun contest you can partake in and all you need is a camera and an Instagram account. All you have to do is take a selfie while at the Durham Fair, upload it to Instagram and use #DurhamFairSelfie.

While you’re at it, kindly use #DurhamPatch too and your pics will show up in our Instagram feed! Here are the contest rules:

• Only pictures taken at the fair are eligible to win
• #DurhamFairSelfie is required
• Your Instagram profile must be public

Pictures will be judged for creativity by 10 p.m. each day. Winners will be announced by 10 a.m. the next day.

Prizes

• The first prize winner for each day will receive a pre-selected gift choice from the Durham Fair souvenir shop ($25 value). The picture will be featured on social media.

• The overall grand winner will receive a 2015 Durham Fair prize package, at a $100 value.

Winners will be announced via the Durham Fair’s Instagram account, Facebook page and Twitter account.
