29-Year-Old Charged in CT Infant's Death

OLD SAYBROOK, CT - A 29-year-old man was charged this week with manslaughter in connection with the December 2015 death of a 14-month-old child, according to Old Saybrook police.

Keith Frost, a fugitive from New York on separate, alleged armed robbery charges, was the boyfriend of the child's mother when the child died, allegedly after being in his care, reports the Middletown Press.

Frost and the child had been at the Econo Lodge Inn & Suites in Old Saybrook when police were called about the unresponsive child, who later died in the hospital.

He is being held in lieu of a $150,000 bond.
