Child Pornography Video Traced to Old Lyme Man's Residence

State police arrested Eric A. Kendall on a possession of child pornography in the first degree charge.

On Wednesday, Nov. 4, members of the Connecticut State Police Computer Crimes Unit served an arrest warrant for Eric A. Kendall, 42, of 6 Old Shore Rd., Old Lyme.

He was charged with possession of child pornography in the first degree, according to state police.

Kendall’s bond was set at $125,000.

The investigation began in August 2015 after a video file of suspected child pornography was discovered as being shared from the Internet account assigned to Kendall’s residence, police said.

In September 2015, a search and seizure warrant was executed at Kendall’s residence and a computer was seized.

An examination of the computer was conducted and files of suspected child pornography were located, according to state police.
