CrAfter School: Mini Clay Creations Part Deux

Kids in grades 3-5 can come to the Library and make miniature sculptures out of air-drying clay!

The Old Lyme-Phoebe Griffin Noyes Library will hold CrAfter School on Monday, October 6, 2014 from 3:30-4:30PM. You asked and we listened! We’re bringing clay back. Mold, sculpt, and smooth your colorful creation on a piece of wax paper. Then, take it home, let it set for 24 hours and you’re done. This project won’t be messy since we will use air drying clay, but it will be a lot of fun! We will meet in the Children’s Room this time. Register online at www.oldlyme.lioninc.org under the “Children’s Program” tab or call the Library 860-434-1684.

This program is free and open to the public. The Library is located at 2 Library Lane, off Lyme Street. Fall hours are Monday and Wednesday, 10 AM to 7 PM; Tuesday and Thursday, 10 AM to 6 PM; Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday, 10 AM to 4 PM. For more information, call 860-434-1684 or visit www.oldlyme.lioninc.org.
