Old Lyme Animal Shelter Hosting New Sign Celebration

Presents for Paws’ pilot project “Pillars to Paws” raised enough money to install a new sign at the Old Lyme Animal Shelter.

A celebration and sign installation with local vendors and music will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 24, at the animal shelter, 3 Machnik Drive, Old Lyme.

All proceeds raised from this day’s event will go to the East Haven Animal Shelter’s Pavilion Project.

“They are in need of seating (i.e. picnic tables) so we hope to raise enough to cover the entire cost (TBA) of those seating supplies,” according to the Presents For Paws page.
