OLD LYME, CT - The Connecticut Health I-Team Editor Kate Farrish reports that a total of four nurses had their licenses revoked and eight others were disciplined by the State Board of Examiners for Nursing this week.
One of the nurses disciplined was an advanced practice registered nurse from Old Lyme, Allyssa Graham, who has her licence placed on probation for one year, according to the report.
According to C-HIT, Graham prescribed a number of controlled substances for her husband, including pain killers and anti-anxiety drugs, between July 2014 and July 2015 without keeping medical records.
