An Old Lyme woman is attempting to take legal action to knock down a fence blocking off a privately-owned local beach.

OLD LYME, CT - An Old Lyme woman is attempting to take legal action to knock down a fence blocking off Miami Beach, as reported by NBC Connecticut. The fence was recently put up by the Miami Beach Association.
Resident Kathleen Tracy is taking issue with a chain-link fence blocking off the privately-owned beach, according to NBC Connecticut. The association blame the implementation of the fence on inappropriate behavior and people not following the rules.
