Rain or shine, the 102nd Connecticut Sheep, Wool and Fiber Festival will take place at the Tolland Agricultural Center on the last Saturday of April. This premier sheep and fiber festival features exhibits, demonstrations and vendors from the sheep, wool and fiber arena. This event is an agricultural learning experience people of all ages. Exhibits and activities will include sheep exhibits, shearing demonstrations, vendors, fleece sales, educational lectures, ox cart rides, wool skirting, a sheep dog trial, fleece to shawl contests, kids corner, knitting instruction, food (including vegetarian), music and more.
