Each year, thousands of "Penguins" take the plunge to raise money for Special Olympics Connecticut. This year, volunteers are needed obtain pledges and then run, jump or dive into the chilly waters of Coventry Lake on Dec. 4, 2010.

Registration takes place from 10:00am - 11:45am, and the Plunge takes place at 12:00noon.
