TOLLAND, CT — Kane Jellison, 38, was charged with operating an unregistered vehicle, disobeying the signal of an officer, illegally operating a vehicle without an ignition device, driving under the influence with a passenger younger than 18 and risk of injury to a child.

MANSFIELD, CT — Heather Smith, 40, of Mansfield, was charged with disorderly conduct.

TOLLAND, CT — Denver Smith, 21, of Tolland, was charged with disorderly conduct, violating a protective order and third-degree assault.

WILLINGTON, CT — Meaghan Stevens, 34, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree breach of peace.

MANSFIELD, CT — Andrew Castater, 26, was charged with interfering with an officer, assault on a public safety officer and second-degree breach of peace.

SOMERS, CT — Brandan Gusan, 45, of Springfield, MA, was charged with illegal possession of an unstamped drug, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotics with the intent to sell, possession in a school zone, operating a drug factory and interfering.

ELLINGTON, CT — Shannon Irvin, 53, of Windsor Locks, was charged with home invasion, first-degree strangulation, first-degree burglary, first-degree unlawful restraint, second-degree assault and criminal attempt to commit first-degree sexual assault.
