SOMERS, CT — Dawn Daigle, 48, who had no listed address on an arrest report, was charged with second-degree breach of peace after an alternation on Maple Street.

STAFFORD, CT — Kenneth Coutu, 39, of Stafford, was charged with violation of a protective order.

July 25

VERNON, CT — Joshua Karatkivicz, 34, of Vernon, was charged with second-degree threatening, second-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree breach of peace after an altercation on Interstate-84.

MANSFIELD, CT — Sebastian Maturano, 40, of Mansfield, was charged with illegal possession of an assault weapon and the sale/purchase of a large capacity magazine on a warrant.

July 27

VERNON, CT — Kimberly Rohde, 32, of South Windsor, was charged with criminal mischief related to a parking lot incident.

VERNON, CT — William Wagher, 24, of Palmer, MA, was charged with the illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, driving without a license, evading responsibility and a lane violation following an incident on Interstate-84.

July 28

STAFFORD, CT — Brandan Valentino, 29, of Stafford, was charged with violation of a protective order and second-degree breach of peace.

TOLLAND, CT — Robert Wells, 45, of Vernon, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace after a disturbance on Shenipsit Lake Road.

July 29

WILINGTON, CT — Maxwell Davis, 20, of Willington, was charged with disorderly conduct.
