Joseph Longo, 40, of Tolland, was charged with risk of injury to a child, disorderly conduct, violation of a protective order, third-degree assault and third-degree strangulation, in connection with a domestic disturbance in Tolland, 12:21 a.m.

Anne J. Canfijn, 29, of 68 Rowland Dr., East Hartford, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, interfering with an officer, disorderly conduct, violation of a protective order, third-degree assault and second-degree failure to appear, in connection with a domestic disturbance in Ellington and on a warrant, 2:55 a.m.

Andrew C. Czeczot, 30, of 58 Mountain St., Apt. 3, Ellington, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, on a warrant, 2:44 p.m.

Jan. 20

Shawn McGann, 21, of 30 Goodell Rd., Stafford Springs, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a larceny call at Big Y in Tolland, 3:46 p.m.

Raina T. Goding, 20, of no certain address, was charged with possession of narcotics, use of drug paraphernalia and reckless use of highway by a pedestrian, in connection with a call on I-84 in Vernon, 4:20 p.m.

Daniel Layne, 28, of 147 Brook St., Rocky Hill, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a larceny call at Big Y in Tolland, 4:55 p.m.

Justin Levesque, 32, of 112 North Elm St., Manchester, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, in connection with a larceny call at Big Y in Tolland, 6:15 p.m.

Jan. 21

Chaminade McWillie, 23, of 389 Barbour St., Hartford, was charged with reckless driving, operating under suspension, disobeying signal of an officer and second-degree reckless endangerment, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on I-84 in Vernon, 1:08 a.m.

Adam Miller, 23, of 29 Mountain St., Rockville, was charged with reckless driving, evading responsibility, second-degree assault with a motor vehicle, first-degree reckless endangerment and failure to drive right, on a warrant, 5:00 p.m.

John Hellendbrand, 26, of Main St. East Hartford, was charged with possession of a hallucinogen/greater than four ounces of marijuana, possession of drugs with intent to sell and use of drug paraphernalia, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on Jobs Hill Rd. in Ellington, 9:36 p.m.
