Tolland All-Stars Play All Weekend
The 12-year-old team beats Suffield; 11-year-old's lose to Stafford.
12-Year-Old All-Stars
Tolland vs. Suffield
Tolland beat Suffield 12-3 last night with a strong showing from the hitting line-up. Ted Elsner got the ball rolling with a two-run single, giving Tolland the early lead, 3-0. Suffield rallied at the top of the third inning with Matt Clark’s three-run home run.

Tolland answered quickly, with an RBI each from Deondrew Regisford and Matt Holyst in the bottom of the third inning. Altogether, Tolland had twelve hits with three hits from Devin Aldrich and two from Dan Steiner, both of which included a home run.
Suffield’s three hits came from Dan Bohl, Sam Flynn and Matt Clark. Zachary Pullen pitched for Suffield.

11-Year-Old All-Stars
Tolland vs. Stafford
Tolland lost to Stafford 8-2 at Kealy Field on Saturday night. Andrew Jaworski pitched for Tolland and had one hit. Clayton Keane and Jason Clough also contributed offensively with a hit apiece.
Stafford’s pitcher Travis Hart threw a two-hitter game. Justin Grant, Ian Spellman and Tyler Gebo each had two hits for Stafford.
Upcoming Games
The Junior League All-Stars have made it to the third round of the District 8 tournament. The team will play against Somers on July 13.
The 11-year-old All-Stars will be playing Thompsonville today, July 11.
