TOLLAND, CT — The chairman has been named to the Tolland Town Council.

The move were made at the post-election Nov. 9 council meeting.

Steve Jones was chosen to assume the chairman's role.

John Reagan was elected vice chairman.

The council also voted to maintain its traditional meeting schedule for the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month at 7 p.m. at the Hicks Municipal Center.
