Tolland High Golfers Lose One to Ellington

Monday wasn't a great day for the Tolland High golf team at . The Eagles lost to Ellington 168-181, while the Knights also won a close one against Coventry, 168-166.

The medalist was Ellington's Mike Thibodeau who shot a 38. This was Thibodeau's ninth time - in 10 matches - earning the medalist honors.

For Ellington, Greg Ussery shot a  42, Jeff Bird and Jon McPartland each shot a 43, and Kyle Gresh shot a 47.

For Tolland, Ross Brancati shot a 43, Trevor King shot a 45, Sean Benjamin shot a 46, Bryan Blair shot a 47, and Connor Reinert shot a 49.

For Coventry, Tyler Noske shot a 39, Zach Vannais shot a 41, Hunter Byram and Colin Delaney each shot a 44, and Kyle Richard shot a 47.
