Town of Tolland Considers Land Purchase on Tolland Stage Rd.

The Town of Tolland is considering a $155,000 purchase of property.

The property located at 688 Tolland Stage Road abuts a 50-acre town-owned parcel with several key municipal buildings, including a school campus, according to the town council meeting agenda. 

The land parcel is also positioned to allow access from Tolland State Road to a nearby field and municipal buildings.

The town council will vote on scheduling a public hearing on the matter for May.
