ELLINGTON, CT — Brenda Ortyl, 43, and Richard, Ortyl, 63, of Ellington, were charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct after a domestic disturbance on Ellington Avenue, according to an arrest report. The incident took place at 1:26 p.m., according to an arrest report.

ELLINGTON, CT — Andrew St. Germain, 22, was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, reckless endangerment in the second degree, second-degree strangulation and second-degree unlawful restraint, according to an arrest report. He was also charged with a number of motor vehicle violations, state police said.
Sept. 20
ELLINGTON, CT — Gerald Archambault, 19 and Kurt Archambault, 50, both of Vernon, were charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault, according to an arrest report. The incident took place on Charter Road, records show.
Sept. 22
WILLINGTION, CT – Alison Hollister, 37, of Manchester, was charged with interfering with an emergency call and disorderly conduct, according to an arrest report. The charges stemmed from a domestic incident in which she is accused of being upset at a roommate for not going to a beach volleyball game, according to a warrant.
Sept. 23
MANSFIELD, CT — Ryan Pinto, 19, was charged with possession of alcohol by a minor, interfering and breach of peace after he was seen walking with a can of natural Light beer on Wilbur Cross Drive at 6:56 p.m., according to an arrest report. He also was initially uncooperative when police questioned him, an arrest report indicates.
