With Zumba, Exercise Becomes Fun Again

Zumba brings a new flavor to working out.

Star Hill Athletic Center Zumba Instructor Tressa Giordano, describes Zumba, the exercise class made up of Latin rhythms, as “a big dance party,” with music that “gets you motivated to move.”
