$50k Vehicle Stolen From Trumbull Driveway: PD
The vehicle was later found in another city.

TRUMBULL, CT — A Waterbury man was arrested after he stole a $50,000 Chevy Traverse from Trumbull, according to police.
Police were investigating a rash of car break-ins on Tudor Lane Sept. 15, 2018 when they learned one resident's vehicle was stolen from his driveway. Police contacted On-Star and located the vehicle in Waterbury.
Police recovered DNA evidence from the vehicle that was linked to Jomar Perez, 18, according to police.

Other jurisdictions are also investigating Perez for a number of other vehicle thefts as several were found abandoned within five miles of his address, police said.
Perez was charged with first-degree larceny of a vehicle. Bond was set at $50,000.
