Being A Mom and Having A Dream....

As a Mom of two and a Military Spouse, I've always had big dreams.  One of many dreams was owning my own business as so many others.  The question that always remained was-- how.  Living the Military lifestyle, which is an amazing blessing and journey, I've also been faced with the daunting task of finding a career.  And while also in the same breathe and completely contradictory, I don't think a career is something that I really wanted. 

I've been fortunate to attain my MBA but I've always considered myself a free spirited individual who wanted to be my own boss and really did not see myself having a 9 to 5 or a desk job.  I also wanted to be available for my kids when they returned home from school--that is very important to me.  Granted we all have to do what we need to do in order to provide for our families and having a 9 to 5 in this day in age is such a huge blessing.  I however wanted something more.  Something meaningful to me,  that would drive me and provide passion within me.  So my journey began with my many passions... 

A couple of years ago I became a Zumba® Fitness Instructor, which I absolutely love.  Having the ability to help people have fun and lose weight at the same time is so wonderful.  The beauty of Zumba is that I can teach anywhere we go and I get to meet so many wonderful people.  I also do Kids parties, which is something that the kids love and enjoy. http://verronicamitchell.zumba.com

In addition to teaching Zumba, I am also a TLS Weight Loss Coach with Market America.  I am passionate about helping others get to their weight loss goals. There are so many individuals who want to feel and look good and I can coach them, if they are coachable, to help them achieve their goals.  I partnered with Market America several months ago because their natural products have transformed my life in such an amazing way and I felt the need to help people who were looking to change to a healthier lifestyle.  www.facebook.com/tlsweightloss

Additionally, not lastly because the journey continues, I have a website and blog, since I love to write,  where I've shared my story with battling with severe seasonal and food allergies and the stomach pain that accompanied my allergies.  I decided to create this website to help others dealing with unexplained stomach pain who were not receiving answers from their physicians. All in all, I'm passionate and love what I do.  There are times in which I face challenges and business woes, but we all do especially when trying to reach a dream or goal.  I continue to move forward and believe in everything that I do despite the mistakes, mishaps and challenges that I face.  I continue to believe and have faith. 

We all have dreams and the most beautiful thing is that there is no cookie cutter for them.  We must continue to believe in our own dreams--always, always, even when others don't.
