Home Aide Stole From Elderly Woman: Trumbull PD
She used the woman's identity to make several purchases at Victoria's Secret, police said.

TRUMBULL, CT — A Bridgeport woman was charged after she allegedly stole a 72-year-old woman's identity and used it to make purchases online, according to police.
The victim was notified by her bank that there was an $833 outstanding balance on a Victoria's Secret credit card. She later learned purchases were made in December. Purchases were made at the Fairfield and Trumbull Victoria's Secret stores and an online purchase was sent to Florida.
A number on the account was the same as a home health aide that visited in November 2016. Detectives investigated and determined that Roseanna Lewis, 26, was responsible, according to police. Her sister received a package in Florida, police said.
She was charged with fifth-degree larceny, second-degree ID theft, criminal impersonation, third-degree forgery and trafficking in personal identifying information.
