Improving Your Curb Appeal in New England to Sell Well!

Sellers often ask, "What are some ways to improve my curb appeal?"

Buyers are often “sold” on a house by the time they walk through the front door.  I know the last three houses I bought, that was the feeling I had.   I knew walking through the threshold, “this is it.”  This is often what buyers tell me as well.  Therefore, you want the best curb appeal possible including important front entrance clean up and presentation.

In our region, we have 4 different seasons to make our homes look friendly and welcoming.  I think the best way to improve your curb appeal is to start off by making that front entrance “happy.”

Staying away from overly religious themes that may discourage buyers of different beliefs, celebrating each season with some simple door and stoop decorations says that you enjoy where you are – something that all buyers want in their new home.
