Trumbull's inventory of available homes continues to drop with only 106 properties currently available for sale as compared to 382 in Fairfield. Both towns deposits reflect 42% of the available inventory, which is an interesting coincidence, but Trumbull has only 7 month's supply of homes while Fairfield reports almost twice that with 13 month's supply. As Trumbull's popularity continues to soar, sellers are enjoying a significant increase in traffic and deposits with buyers looking at the town's inventory from all across the region.
