Man Dies After Being Found Off Trumbull Trail
The man was found Wednesday afternoon off a popular trail.
TRUMBULL, CT — A local man died after being found with apparent self-inflicted injuries off the Pequonnock River Trail Wednesday afternoon, according to police.
The man was discovered on the ground off the path. Police went to the scene around 2:30 p.m. along with EMS.
The victim was transported to Bridgeport Hospital where he later died of his injuries, said Lt. Brian Weir, police spokesman.

He was a 56-year-old and a resident of the Old Town Road area.
