Man Ditches Drugs During Trumbull Police Pursuit: PD
Police were originally investigating a theft.

TRUMBULL, CT — A man was charged with larceny and drug crimes after he stole more than $120 worth of razors from Stop and Shop March 2, according to police.
The man stole three packages of the razors and fled the scene. He was spotted by police and taken into custody. While attempting to elude police he attempted to throw away a small plastic bag, however high winds blew the bag toward him.
Inside the bag were six small bags of cocaine with a total weight of four grams, police said.

Curtis Garrett, 45, of Trumbull was charged with possession with intent to sell narcotics, possession of narcotics and sixth-degree larceny.
