( Colliers International )

From Colliers International : Earlier this spring, a team from the Connecticut branch of Colliers International — a leading commercial real estate services and investment management firm — sponsored a ribbon cutting ceremony at 55 Merritt Blvd. in Trumbull to open a new concept in the commercial real estate marketplace.

Co-sharing and co-working is a growing segment of the office space market but has not been tried on a large scale in the light industrial sector. 55 Merritt Blvd is a 110,000 square foot, 1970s’ era data center and back office building which has been divided into smaller suites ideally suited for tradesmen, light assembly and back office users.
The guests at the ribbon cutting included Vicki Tesoro, First Selectman of Trumbull, State Representative David Rutigliano, Jeanne Gibbs of the Trumbull Economic & Community Development Commission plus representatives from the Chamber of Commerce, Make-A-Wish Foundation and the Educational Playcare Center.Listing brokers for 55 Merritt Blvd are Tim Johnson, Enzennio Mallozzi and Bob Miller.
