She is also a graduate of St. Joseph High School, Sacred Heart University and prior President of the Debate Team at Sacred Heart University. She has won several public speaking awards and The Most Valuable Debater Award. She has also held corporate management positions and has won professional awards for Sales and Leadership excellence. It is with great pleasure to announce my July Slices of Life Italian-American presentation at the Stamford Senior Center on 888 Washington Blvd in Stamford, CT. I have received an invitation to participate in their open house on July 11th. I am excited about my book  presentation at 4:15pm that day, thanks to their vivacious Executive Director of the Senior Center in Stamford, Ana Nelson.

My presentation, lecture and story telling will be for about one hour at the Senior Center. Most importantly, I look forward to interacting with the Seniors at the Stamford Senior Center as they connect with the stories and share their own memories. I am appreciative of the warmth that has been shown throughout different cities and towns in Connecticut as well as their flexibility of schedules offered for my lectures. The wonderful people who have invited me to be a guest speaker allow me the freedom to create my own presentation using my own style. The amount of respect and gratitude that some have shown towards me as an author and lecturer throughout Connecticut is priceless to me.  I love being a part of such friendly, fun, professional and family-oriented environments. At some locations, events and  festivals, my book signings may be 1 hour or sometimes 2 to 6 hours long. It all depends on the type of event or festival.

My book signings in Connecticut at different locations will be held once or twice per month throughout the year. Some are held at 4pm or during the evening while others are held on Saturdays or Sundays.

When I have a presentation at a Senior Center or Senior community, a special senior citizen discount is offered for Seniors ( or prices based on their affordability) who wish to buy my book, "Slices of Life Italian-American Stories". ( but Seniors are not obligated to purchase it. They can simply enjoy the lecture.)

My upcoming lectures, speeches and book signings will be at many CT businesses, festivals, events, wineries, restaurants, coffee shops, delis, car dealerships, resorts, universities, libraries, classic car shows, high schools and other locations in the upcoming year is part of my Connecticut book tour.  The emails, calls and support from throughout Connecticut really touches my heart and I am thrilled to give something back to the friendly residents in Connecticut. I love it when the invitations come my way and I have the opportunity to have a story telling hour with all age groups from different communities in Connecticut.

June's book signing ( as previously announced) will be held at the Stonington Winery in Stonington, CT from 12pm until 6pm June 15th and June 16th during Stonington Vineyard's Summer Fest. I will be under the main tent selling my book and chatting with Stonington CT residents and residents from throughout Connecticut who attend Summer Fest at the vineyard.

My book, "Slices of Life Italian-American Stories" is also available for purchase on-line on amazon.com, barnes&noble.com, authorhouse.com and many other retail sites in the U.S.A, Canada, Italy, U.K., France, Germany, Spain, and many countries. ( Senior citizen discounts are not available on retail on-line sites. )
