Stolen Dirt Bike Leads To Trumbull Arrest: PD

A man was arrested after he was found in possession of a stolen dirt bike, police said.

TRUMBULL, CT — Officers arrested a Trumbull man after he was found to be operating a stolen dirt bike, according to police.

The dirt biker was stopped in the area of Marshal Avenue after being seen operating the vehicle on the street.

Josian Dejesus-Santiago, 23, told police he bought the bike from someone in Rocky Hill for $1,100. The bike’s VIN number came back as being stolen in Pennslyvania during 2015, police said.

He was charged with third-degree larceny.
