Tesoro Sets First Selectman Agenda

Tesoro has many ideas including a referendum on the proposed senior/community center.

TRUMBULL, CT — First Selectman-elect Vicki Tesoro is preparing to take over the helm in Trumbull and she already had a to-do list of things that she ran on during her campaign.

Tesoro will look into a return to seven council districts, a referendum on the proposed senior and community center and opening the town charter in order to limit employee contracts to the term of the first selectman, according to the Trumbull Times.

The town charter issue came up after First Selectman Tim Herbst signed two four-year contracts for the Economic and Community Development director and Labor Relations director.
