Tickets Still Available For Boys & Girls Village Fundraiser
'Compass To Success' event on June 6th at Black Rock Yacht Club. Proceeds benefit Connecticut's most vulnerable children & families.

Tickets are still available for the Boys & Girls Village fundraiser, Compass To Success: A Nautical Night of Seaside Support. Held on Thursday, June 6th at Black Rock Yacht Club, the sensational evening is the organization’s only fundraising event. Proceeds will benefit Connecticut’s most vulnerable children and families, who often have histories of abuse, neglect, or live in poverty and are in need of behavioral health, educational, or family reunification services. Visit https://www.bgvillage.org/fundraiser/ for tickets.
The lively evening, which is open to the public, begins at 6:30pm with festive cocktails, great music and delicious food. Guests will enjoy inspiring speakers, spectacular waterfront views, music by James Daniel and a special guest appearance by Miss Connecticut 2018, Bridget Oei.
“When a child or family receives the support and tools they need, our entire community benefits,” said Kimberly Shaunesey, Ph.D., President of Boys & Girls Village. “Proceeds from this festive evening assist us as we serve children and families in at-risk situations by strengthening their ability to succeed in life.”
