Trumbull Democrats Look To Go Back To 7 Voting Districts
The move would mean there would be more minority party representation.

TRUMBULL, CT — Trumbull Democrats are looking to return the town to seven voting districts instead of the current four, which would allow more minority party representation on the Town Council.
Each voting district needs to have at least one member from the minority party and under the current operation one party can control up to 17 seats, according to the Trumbull Times. Under a seven district scenario one party could only have 14 seats.
The change if any wouldn't happen until the next municipal election in two years.
