TRUMBULL, CT — A Trumbull man was charged with DUI after he was seen driving erratically near Rt. 11 and 25 on March 24, according to police.
Police later located the vehicle on Governor Trumbull Way partially in a garage. Operator David Anthony, 55, had trouble exiting the vehicle and seemed to be intoxicated. He failed a field sobriety test and was placed under arrest, police said.
He refused to take a breath test.
