Trumbull To Host Mother's Day Mini Market Featuring 4 Businesses

TRUMBULL, CT — Trumbull Parks and Recreation will host a fun afternoon of outdoor shopping with four businesses Friday afternoon ahead of Mother's Day this weekend.

According to the town website, the event will be held on the lawn next to the department from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Community members are invited to "shop for the women (or men) in your life who deserve to be showered with gifts, including yourself."

Businesses scheduled to participate include:

• Kismet Boutique - Trendy and contemporary women's apparel and accessories.
• Dash N Drizzle - Healthy and delicious balsamics, extra virgin olive oils and gourmet sea salts.
• TJJ Sews - Accessories for the home, embroidered caps, key chains, dog leashes and more.
• PHire In The Hole - Locally made, small batch hot sauce.

Centrally located on the corner of Main Street and Church Hill Road, the department offers parking in back of their white antique farm house.

Overflow parking is located across the street at Town Hall or the Trumbull Library.
