Woman Stole $1.9k from Trumbull Kohls: PD
She claimed she was going to pay for the items, but only had 50 cents on her, police said.

TRUMBULL, CT — A Seymour woman was charged with larceny after she stole about $1,900 worth of items at Kohls May 11, according to police.
She was seen taking a number of items from various departments and tried to exit the store into the mall area, police said.
Rachel Cassidy, 26, claimed she thought she could pay in the mall area, but only found 50 cents and no credit card on her person. She was charged with fourth-degree larceny.
