A car rolled down an embankment on Route 83 in Ellington Thursday morning, forcing state police to temporarily shut down the road.
State police told NBC Connecticut the accident involved a single car near the intersection of Kibbe Road. The road will be closed until the vehicle is removed.
The driver was conscious and alert, the station reported.
