Man Found Passed Out in Front of Store, Gets DUI Charge
A man better than twice the legal limit was found passed out in front of a store, police said.

VERNON, CT — A Vernon resident was charged with drunken driving after he was found passed out in his car in front of a busy store, police said.
It was 1:14 a.m. on March 1 when the police department received a call about an unresponsive man in a vehicle at the Route 83 Cumberland Farms, according to an arrest report.
Justin Sloan, 22-7, of Vernon, then failed a series of field sobriety tests and was charged with driving under the influence, police said. Police said his blood alcohol content was .1911 and .1866, well over the .08 legal limit in Connecticut.
