National Night Out 2019 Coming Up In Vernon
The annual National Night Out event is coming up In Vernon

VERNON, CT — National Night Out 2019 is slated for Tuesday, Aug. 6 from 5 to 8 p.m. in the St. Bernard Church parking lot.
The annual event will again feature activities for kids, free food and information about community programs.
The Rockville Community Alliance is presenting National Night Out in conjunction with the Vernon Police Department and the Vernon Community Network.

National Night Out has attracted thousands of people for free entertainment, free exhibits, free demonstrations and free food.
According to the National Night Out website, the event is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live.
