Police Investigating Untimely Death At Vernon Apartment Complex
A woman was found dead inside an apartment in Vernon Tuesday.
VERNON, CT — Vernon police Tuesday were at a local apartment complex investigating what was described as an untimely death.
The call came in at about 9:45 a.m. at Park West Apartments and police were still at the scene after 3 p.m.
Police said they were compiling details and would only describe the victim as a 57-year-old woman who was located in a bedroom of Apartment No. 69.

Members of the Vernon Police Detective division and The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner are teaming up to investigate and the cause of death is pending, police said.
