Quiet Corner Indivisible-CT endorses Progressive Democrat Josh Elliott for Governor of Connecticut.

Josh's goals for Connecticut align with Quiet Corner Indivisible-CT. His nine year plus voting record and accomplishments as a State Representative proves his stance to fight for and defend democracy, economic justice, workers rights, social justice and universal health care. We strongly support his plan to address the cost of living crisis from energy to housing to food expenses. QCI-CT stands with Josh regarding increased funding to municipalities by creating and passing a Connecticut tax reform bill whereas the top 1% of earners finally pay their fair share. The result being reduced tax burdens on middle income familes and individuals. The funding will go to Connecticut's towns and cities to reduce property taxes, increase funding for education and other needs. We plan on holding him accountable to those ideals.

Connecticut's Democratic Primary is open early to voters on August 3rd to 9th and August 11, 2026 Primary Day. All qualified registered Connecticut Democrats voters are encouraged to create a plan to vote in this important Gubernatorial race.
